- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective goods.
- If you paid via EFT, credit card, or another payment gateway, please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.

- We may offer an exchange for items that are the wrong size, colour, or style, subject to stock availability.
