1.1 This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of the Inxili Online Store (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) 25 of 2002.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship orders within South Africa.
  • For international deliveries, please contact us directly at info@inxili.co.za before placing an order.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timeframes:
    • Major cities and metros: 2–5 business days
    • Outlying/rural areas: 3–7 business days
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the delivery location, parcel weight, and courier service.
  • Free delivery may apply for orders above R600, as indicated on our website from time to time.

5. Delivery Method

  • We use registered and reputable courier partners for delivery.
  • Deliveries are made to the address specified at checkout. Please ensure the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate.
  • If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may contact you to reschedule. Additional costs for re-delivery may apply.

6. Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your parcel.

7. Risk & Ownership

Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment is received.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and notify us immediately of any issues.

8. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • While we aim to deliver within the specified timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., strikes, severe weather, courier disruptions).
  • In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the matter.

9. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

  • If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt as indicated on our Refund & Returns Policy.
  • We will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you and either replace the item or issue a refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

10. Returns & Non-Delivery

  • If delivery is attempted and the parcel is returned due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, you may be responsible for re-delivery costs.
  • Our full Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all shipped items.
